Welcome to www.reviewcrane.com (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by Review Crane LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a U.S.-based internet marketing agency.

1. Services Provided

We provide Google review management software and related services to help U.S.-based businesses improve their visibility and reputation on Google Maps and other platforms. Services may include client support, onboarding assistance, and optional SMS-based communications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. We only offer and provide services to customers located in the United States.

3. Payments and Refunds

Services are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe after a live sales consultation. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 15 days of your most recent payment.

4. SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Review Crane LLC for the following purposes:

  • Providing customer support or onboarding assistance
  • Responding to inquiries and follow-ups
  • Communicating about services, billing, and updates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply with “STOP.” For support, reply “HELP” or contact us directly at sean@reviewcrane.com.

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data may only be shared with trusted service providers acting on our behalf for essential support functions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the site, software, or associated systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on this site are the property of Review Crane LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site or its content without our express written permission.

We are not liable for:

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to network and system limitations outside our control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user who violates these Terms or misuses the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
